Updates on Policy on Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination

Upon reviewing the Policy on Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination, the International Quidditch Association (the "IQA") has accepted being the first instance complaint handling body when it is not safe to complain to HKQA, as well as being an appellate body. Accordingly, the President of our Association has prescribed 2 June 2020 as the effective date of the sections involving the IQA, and thus the Policy on Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination is now fully in force.

The IQA has recommended our Association to change section 5.2 such that there is no bias towards men, and accordingly section 5.2 has been amended to "In terms of gender, the Anti-Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination Committee must be made up of people of at least two different genders."
