Anti-Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination

Our Association has enacted the Policy on Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination on 20 March 2020. The Anti-Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination Committee was established by the Policy to receive and handle related complaints.

The Anti-Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination Committee currently consists of the following members:
Chairperson - FONG Lap ([email protected])
Members - Jessie HO Sik Yin, Sidharth SRIRAM DHARMAPADAM ([email protected])

If you want to lodge a complaint, please contact Mr. FONG Lap at [email protected]. You can also send other enquiries to other members of the Anti-Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination Committee.

IMPORTANT: the Anti-Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination Committee Committee encourages one to lodge a complaint as soon as possible, and in any case within 12 months of the alleged incident. The Anti-Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination Committee might not be able to deal with complaints beyond the 12-month period due to the inherent difficulties in investigating an incident that occurred a long time ago.

If you deems it unsafe to lodge the complaint to the Anti-Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination Committee, you can lodge the complaint directly to the President of our Association, Mr. Kelvin NG Wai Hei at [email protected].

If you deems it unsafe to lodge the complaint to the Anti-Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination Committee or the President, you can lodge the complaint directly to the International Quidditch Association at [email protected].
