Owen YIP appointed as General Secretary of HKQA

Owen YIP Tsz Hin, a quidditch player based in Hong Kong, was appointed as a General Secretary of our Association today by our President.

Owen YIP is the photographer of HKU-Victorian Dragons, the Hong Kong-based team in the Asia-Pacific Quidditch Cup in July 2019 in Seoul, South Korea. He has played quidditch since this season.

Before Owen YIP's appointment, the Executive Committee of our Association removed Anson LEUNG Lok Hin from the office of General Secretary pursuant to Article 10(b) of our Constitution.
