Amendment to the Team Hong Kong Selection Policy for IQA Quidditch World Cup 2020 (Special Round and Miscellaneous Provisions)

The Team Hong Kong Selection Policy for IQA Quidditch World Cup 2020 (Special Round and Miscellaneous Provisions) (the "Policy") has been amended by the Executive Committee of our Association on 19 February 2020. The Policy as amended can be viewed here.

Section 8A has been added to the Policy. It is as follows:

Notwithstanding any provisions in the Team Hong Kong Selection Policy for IQA Quidditch World Cup 2020, the Special Round Selection Commission shall have the sole power to deal with the applicants who were given an offer by the Executive Committee in the previous round but did not accept their offers before the deadline. The Special Round Selection Commission may allow the said players to submit any required documents or make any payments within a reasonable time after the deadline, or give them a fresh offer, or reject their application after considering the new circumstances.

According to section 9.3 of the Policy, "After any amendments to this document, the Executive Committee shall forthwith notify all members of the Association and advertise such amendments."
